Karen & Service Dog Chipper

Before Karen received Chipper, she had accomplished many things including raising two children on her own and running her own business. Some everyday tasks remained difficult for Karen, who was injured in a diving accident at the age of fifteen. Chipper helps Karen retrieve items that are out of reach, and pick up dropped keys and other things. Karen and Chipper have a very active lifestyle and at the end of the day, when they return home, Chipper turns on the light in the garage and opens the door to the house. "Chipper is the best dog in the world, he is such a joy."
