Mikey & Skilled Companion/ Seizure Response Dog Penny

Penny is Mike's constant companion. She helps Mikey's mom, Angie, take care of him throughout the day and night. Penny alerts Angie if Mikey is having a seizure or trouble breathing. Recently, Penny awoke Angie at 3am to let her know Mikey was in distress. Angie immediately cleared his blocked airway with bedside medical equipment. "Penny saved his life", says Angie, "I don't know what we ever did without her."
